Delorme Architecture is an Architectural design & drafting company serving the Eastern Ontario counties of Glengarry, Prescott, Russell, Stormont, Dundas and the City of Ottawa. Here at Delorme Architecture, our goal is simple, to provide high-quality construction drawings and a complete permit application package in order to obtain the building permit for your project. Ranging anywhere from residential accessory structures to small commercial projects, we aim to deliver the very best product, regardless of size.
We take care of everything from site measurements, creating the construction drawings, preparing the permit application package, communicating with the municipality, coordinating with various industry professionals and much more. We have immense knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, municipal By-Laws and other applicable laws to give our clients peace of mind that their project will be completed the right way.

Owner - Lead Architectural Technologist
Owner and lead Architectural Technologist Julien Delorme has been involved in the construction industry from a very young age. Working alongside his father to help grow the reputable family business at age 15, he quickly learned the meaning and understanding of hard work. With an already vast knowledge of residential construction, he enrolled in the Architectural Technology program at Collège La Cité in Ottawa. It's during these 3 years where he learned how the importance of vision and design meets functionality and quality construction.
Julien then took his knowledge and experience and became a team member at one of Ottawa's reputable Architectural Firms - Bryden Gibson Architects Inc. formally (Bryden Martel Architects Inc.) Here he experienced working alongside great industry-leading Architects and Architectural Technologists to further his experience and knowledge in the world of commercial construction.
All of this combined with more than 13 years of building inspection experience and Delorme Architecture was born. Since 2013, Julien has obtained multiple qualifications from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and is fully registered as a qualified designer complete with a BCIN (Building code Identification Number.)
